This is my first experience with GRmetro. I called hoping to get an appointment within the week and was please to hear a service tech was just wrapping up an appointment and could be over within the hour. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was what I happened to have in mind. We'll be calling them again from now on!

I had such a great experience with GRmetro. I had Charlie come out to inspect my furnace and quote me. He was so patient with all of my questions. Then, Adam came out a week later to install my new furnace and humidifier. Adam was absolutely phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and after completion, he walked me through everything. He explained how to change my filter, proper thermostat knowledge, and more. He even asked about my work schedule to ensure he was respectful with noise. Could not recommend a better company!

Dwight came out to repair my furnace after it unexpectedly quit working the day after Christmas. My AC unit stopped working on the hottest day we have had so far this year. Not only did they respond to my call/service email first thing in the morning they were early to service the unit! My AC unit is now working better than it was before and I was able to sign up on a maintenance plan with them for service throughout the year. I would 100% recommend GR Metro Heating and Cooling.
