I had a great experience with GR Metro. Everyone who helped me (including David, Adam, Charlie and others) were super attentive and professional. They were also very personable and took the time to make sure every question I had was answered. They went above and beyond to make sure my furnace and water were installed properly and practically. They took a lot of time to educate me on proper furnace management and were very helpful with setting me up with the proper financial plan. I’d recommend them for any job!

Had an inspection on my A/C and was very pleased with the service. Technician Andrew arrived at the appointed hour and he was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He did a very thorough inspection and gave me detailed information regarding the condition of the unit. Very good price for the service he provided. No sales pressure, just an honest explanation of the situation and Andrew answered all my questions about future options to replace the unit when needed. I will certainly use GR Metro for all future heating and cooling needs.

Extremely satisfied with the level of work and care we got updating our house. Adam was very informative of the process and didn't push to up sell. After we made the selection to go forward with GRM, they were promt in senting the few tweeks to the quote I requested and set up a date that worked for me. The instillation was done in one day. We had a small problem after they left were are old piping had apparently disloged some sediment that blocked are hot water. Adam, even after hours, came back and helped fix the issue. Above and beyond service. Very good company to work with.

Today was my first attempt to use my AC this season, and it didn’t work. GRMH&C matched a special I saw online, came out the same day, and my home is now getting blissfully cool. Adam was kind, thoughtful, and did a wonderful job. He stayed after 5pm and made sure my air was working. I’ll definitely call them again.

Our water heater died and Andrew was out to take a look the same morning. He diagnosed what needed to get done, shared the options, including a very affordable service program that gave us 10% off the water heater and install. Adam and helper came and installed the new water heater and gave a thorough explanation of what they did and why. Additionally he explained what to expect going forward with the service program. I am very satisfied and now have a partner in GRMetro going forward!

Charlie and his entire team was amazing start to finish. Charlie was super responsive and took the time to do a thorough inspection, quote, and gave me two amazing new AC units for my duplex. I will definitely use them again this coming fall for a maintenance check up on my furnaces.
